What does nutrition look like in daily life with MS?

On World MS Day, Community Natural Foods and MS Hope are coming together for a free in-store wellness event for people affected by multiple sclerosis.

Join Mathew Embry, MS Hope President and MS advocate, for a practical and welcoming conversation about food, health, and the role nutrition can play in daily life with MS. Mathew has lived symptom-free for 30 years after his MS diagnosis, and his personal experience is at the heart of MS Hope’s work.

After the live presentation, attendees will also take part in a store tour designed to connect the conversation with real food choices inside Community Natural Foods.
