Does anyone else struggle with portion control? Look what I found at the store today!
Also comes with a guide of how many portions a person should eat per day based on caloric intake and includes some tasty recipes.

Ways to use up rotisserie chicken: chop, mix with favourite flavours and stuff into zucchini or bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and bake. Here is BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken

I'm not a huge fan of turnips but I thought I'd give them another try.
I mixed olive oil with Dijon mustard and thyme, sprinkled some parmesan and roasted so it got all crispy.
