Our summer programs offer a wide range of workshops, series and groups to support you, no matter where you are in your recovery journey. ❤️🩹
Here are answers to common questions about our programs:
Q. Who can attend a workshop or group?
Anyone who needs the support is welcome to attend. Our broad range of offerings ensures there’s something for everyone.
Q. What’s the difference between workshops and groups?
Workshops are 2–3 hour sessions led by an experienced facilitator. They are an ideal way to try group-based support, connect with others in recovery and gain valuable insights.
Groups are multi-week support groups facilitated to help you develop new coping skills, build strong connections, and strengthen your recovery in a supportive group environment.
Q. How much does it cost?
All of our workshops and groups are 100% free. While our programs are no cost to you, we do compensate our experienced facilitators—so each group still carries real value and care behind the scenes.
Recovery is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you're just beginning or returning to the journey, we’re here to meet you with care, understanding, and the knowledge that recovery IS possible. 💜
