Recently, I have added a team member to help me manage the website and streamline our booking process. Due to an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we felt it was necessary to introduce a deposit policy.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly and is in no way intended to offend anyone or imply a lack of trust in my wonderful clients. It is simply a step to ensure that our time and resources are respected and that we can continue to provide the best service possible.
