In-person and virtual counselling for individuals, couples, and families in Calgary and across Alberta. Areas of support include anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. Outside the office, I’m usually adventuring outdoors with my wife, our two kids, and our lively golden retrievers—or unwinding through woodworking and a good book. These personal passions shape my belief that growth comes not just from working through hardship, but also from reconnecting with what brings us joy.
