I just had to… 😅

I used to punish myself so hard for not working out, but after experiencing a lot of injuries — these days I’m going with the flow and choosing movement for health as I age ❤️‍🩹

I wrote this poem yesterday about life…❤️‍🩹

I’ve been thinking—
thinking about life.
I’ve been thinking about how terrifyingly beautiful it is—

The way babies are born every second
as other souls slip away.
I’ve been pondering this vast, bewildering life,
turning over its countless contradictions,
its conflicting truths.

I’ve been learning to go
with the flow,
to loosen my grip on what I cannot control,
to live inside the present moment,
to meditate as though this were my last day—
and, perhaps because of that,
to finally understand what it means to be alive.

I’m digging it 👖💋

Having a gloomy day, but I’ve been turning my frustration into a creative process. I’m excited to announce that I’ve been working on my first poetry book! I’m hoping to release it by the end of 2026.
