We are injecting eligibility groups below:

• For those that are over 65 years of age.
• For individuals 16 to 64 years of age (born between 2005 and 1957) with high-risk health conditions including diabetes, COPD, pregnancy, chronic kidney and liver disease, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV that put them at higher risk of severe outcomes from COVID-19.

• For those that are physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists and all other health care professionals and their office or support staff who provide in-person, direct patient care.
Will need proof of eligibility and employment to your appointment.

• For those that are residents and staff at shelters and correctional facilities. Will need proof of eligibility and employment to your appointment.
