There are some homes that just keep getting better with every stage of the build. This was one of them.
From the first sketches to completing the finishing details, every layer added something special; a home that feels warm, timeless, and effortlessly inviting.
We’re incredibly grateful to the talented team of trades who bring such care and craftsmanship to every project. It’s the trust, collaboration, and pride they take in their work that transforms a collection of materials into a home.

Thanks to Stephanie Martin Interior Design for a beautiful presentation of our Larch Residence interior design concept. We loved seeing everything come together: the materials, finishes, mood boards and renderings really help us visualize how all the pieces will come together in this designer home.
This is the main floor of our Livingstone Residence showcasing how much can change in just a few weeks! This 2 storey estate home is approximately 5,000 sq ft above grade, situated on a ~10,000 sq ft lot, and is coming to Lakeview Village in the fall! DM us if you want to know more 🙂.
