Corrective action is taken whenever an operator notices a potential issue with any piece of equipment. AVA will strive to assign specific teams to each client site. This will help ensure continuity and efficiency in project management. Prior to the start of each site specific job a site visit will be performed by the project manager and the specific team assigned to each site. In addition, AVA will develop detailed site specific instructions and specifications known as:
Standardized Work Procedures (SWP) that will allow for alternate staff to step in and very quickly be effective in conducting the work. Response Time and Customer Service
AVA’s Customer Service Commitment is based on a “Make it Right” philosophy. We are a service company and hence we aim to serve our clients to the best we can. If something goes wrong or is not done right we fix it. No questions asked and no pointing fingers. The situation is corrected and then analyzed and countermeasures developed to avoid similar situations. AVA will provide the main contact at each site with the direct cellular number to AVA project manager and his backup for direct immediate communication. This will allow for the quickest response to any issues that may arise. AVA’s on-site teams will complete logs during every visit that includes arrival and departure times, site and weather conditions, staff and equipment and material used.
