A croissant is all about layers. If it doesn’t have those nice layers it is not a croissant.
It requires a lot of skills and a very thorough work to get those layers through the lamination process and make sure they don’t merge into one briochy solid layer.
We pour patience and passion in every single croissant we make and that is why they are the best in Calgary.

Amaretti have one of the most delicate flavor profiles. We love the almond notes, the texture, and how they pair perfectly with coffee!
