🎨 It’s time to celebrate our resident design extraordinaire, Wesley Lean Mariano!

It’s been four years since Wesley joined the K-Team. Back in 2019, we brought on Wesley as a freelancer to help us design our new (at the time) website, and he did such a terrific job that we had to hire him on full-time.

It’s impossible to have a conversation with Wesley without a smile on your face. He is such a positive force on the K-Team, and his cheery demeanour is matched only by his passion for designing wow-worthy websites and graphics for our clients.

Plus, if you’ve ever visited our office (or checked out our office tour), he helped create many of the awesome murals and art pieces that line our walls.

Today marks 9 years since our SEO Director, Joel joined the K-Team. 🎉

Joel’s been with us since we were 3 people crammed in a single office and we’ve definitely come a long way since then!

Joel started at Konstruct back in the dark ages of SEO: keyword stuffing, micro-siting, and buying up keyword-relevant domains. (It’s safe to say he’s glad the days of blackhat SEO are long gone).

He’s been here with us through countless Google core updates, office moves, team expansions, organizational restructures, and foosball losses…

9 years is over a quarter of his life… so there isn’t much room for other 9 year anniversaries but Joel’s managed to squeeze one in:

9 years with the same slow-pitch team, “Ump-Yours”! ⚾

But in all seriousness, Joel is an invaluable team member and we don’t know what we’d do without him. Happy anniversary, Joel! 🥂
