While prices were down just 0.7% year-over-year, YYC remains one of Canada's strongest real estate markets thanks to its affordability, steady demand, and long-term growth potential. 🏡📈 Compared to many major cities experiencing larger price corrections, Calgary continues to offer exceptional value for buyers looking to put down roots or invest.

Edmonton's average home price came in at $423,900, down 2.1% from last June. Despite softer pricing across Alberta, Calgary continues to lead the province with stronger market fundamentals, greater economic diversity, and continued population growth. 📍✨
