has a range of supportive 1:1 and small group sessions designed for soon-to-be and new moms that bridge the gap between education and real-life experience through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. 🤱

From feeding support and prenatal preparation to postpartum movement and recovery, each session is led by experienced clinicians and focused on helping you feel informed, confident, and supported in your body and decisions.
