We’re thrilled to welcome craft chocolate maker and chocolatier to Sublime. Ian makes chocolate from bean to bar, right here in Calgary. Ian has created a limited edition run of very special Sublime cups, just for the market, in 4 flavours: Cinnamon Blonde Chocolate, Matcha Mojito, Oatmilk Orange Creme, and Double Mint Dark. You can also shop from his full range of bars (all dairy free and vegan!) that includes flavours like Oatmilk Chocolate Crunch, and Blonde S’mores. Trust us, you DO NOT want to skip this booth.
