Super proud of these two guys completing 2025!

Their journeys in preparing for this event were on opposite ends of the spectrum due to their different life circumstances. One was more volume based and the other less volume and more intensity based.

Proof that there is no “one” way to prepare for events and an individualized approach can help athletes better maximize their investment in training time available.

I have not had this much fun on my ever!

Kudos to the race organizers for creating such an awesome course showcasing the beauty of the area.

I always enjoy riding down here when I visit and this year, I decided to challenge myself with as an early season event. The pre-ride alone is the longest ride I have completed in 2025, what could go wrong on Saturday?

I was surprised I didn’t see more than 3 riders out in course today, which made it this introvert’s dream on the trails!

I can’t wait to ride the full wafer distance in Saturday with more riders on the course to test my fitness and bike handling skills.

I would encourage more riders from to consider it in 2026.

Nice to be alongside my favourite riding buddy again. Haven’t seen him since last fall.

I am a after watching & competing in #70.3 today.

Everyone displayed incredible patience and ex*****on in their race plans today. I find it nerve wracking watching from the side of the course as I want each athlete to be successful. Witnessing it unfold in realtime is surreal for me and confirms why is my passion. Helping people achieve their athletic & sporting goals is such a privilege for me and I can’t thank each of these athletes enough for trusting in me to be a part of their journey!

Onwards to the next big goal!
