Our homemade curry delivers warm comfort with crunchy Aji fry creating a perfect blend of flavours.

Soft shell crab meets dry noodles, elevated by a nutty satay sauce with spicy undertones. Finished with fresh scallions, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic shallots for an explosion of flavors in every bite.

We used Alberta Beef in our Niou Rou Fan, it's less fat and packed with flavour! We hope you enjoy it.
