We are incredibly proud that our building, The Forge, was named 2nd Runner-Up in the Multifamily category at the 2026 ICF Builder Awards, announced during the 2026 World of Concrete.

The property contains a number of sustainability-oriented features, including modifying the original design to use SuperForm Products Ltd. ICF, providing a superior insulating building envelope. As well, the installation of a solar array on the roof, and a centralized comfort cooling system recirculating and conserving energy used in heating & cooling.

We are exceptionally grateful for SuperForm Products Ltd.'s support on this project and others in the past, and for nominating it for the ICF Builder Awards. As well, another thanks goes out to our loyal team members who worked tirelessly to complete the project, and our many other partners who took part.
