As we head into International Women’s Day this Sunday, we are proud to reflect on a meaningful week at FLINT recognizing both International Women’s Day and Women in Construction Week.
This week, we celebrated the women who contribute to our teams, our projects, and our industry - through a leadership panel discussion focused on this year’s theme, Give to Gain, and by spotlighting women working across our project teams.
Thank you to the women across FLINT whose skill, dedication, and professionalism continue to strengthen our teams and move our industry forward. International Women’s Day and Women in Construction Week remind us that while progress has been made, continued action is essential to building workplaces grounded in inclusion, opportunity, and respect.
