We have accomplished a dream of ours, by making our business shift to start providing in-house catering.
We are SO excited to finally be able to share this with you all!

⭐️ State of the Art Kitchen - We are building a full working kitchen to support our clients in an impactful way; creating more flexibility, availability, and calm intention. Completion will be December 1, 2024!
⭐️ The twist? To create a food offering that is not about branding to our venues (like a restaurant or hotel does); rather, developing menus that are about our client’s vision for their event, budget, and style of desired service. Seamless collaboration - imagine!
⭐️ Who has the unique capability to do this, you ask!!? The gorgeous new kitchen will be the exclusive home of Food Works [craft catering] where Garret and his team will work for any of our clients at The Brownstone, Venue 308 and/or Studios at Vic Park YYC to bring this unique catering concept to YOU, for YOU

As seasons shift, we move to seeing more workshops, networking events and gatherings that broaden horizons. Yesterday…we went to Japan for a saké tasting. The food pairing by was masterful.
