Star Yoga Studio

The perfect location and weather this morning for a seated practice on the paddle board. No anchor required; the water was pretty still. I just drifted gently across the water, paddled back and did the other side.

The soundtrack - rippling of the water, chirping of birds, bawling cows and train horn in the distance.

If you'd like to practice with me in studio today I'll be back for classes this evening. Flow at 6 pm and Yin at 7:15 pm.

After a fun trip to Wpg (finally!) and a few extra days at the lake, I'm ready to get back in the studio! I hope you are too!! 🙏
