Hybrid lashes look like you’re wearing natural false strip lashes. This look is great if you have sparse lashes, gaps or looking for length and volume.

About 40% of your lashes are always in the growth phase!
Lash extensions are applied at the base of your natural lashes without touching the eyelid skin. After 2-3 weeks, the extensions move further away from the eyelid as your natural lashes grow.

That's why fills are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks and no later than 4 weeks to maintain healthy natural lashes and to replace grown out extensions. After 4 weeks, any extensions that are still hanging on will likely need to be removed and a full set may be needed.
