We are looking to hire Customer Service Reps for the upcoming anime convention, Otakuthon (Aug 5-7) at Palais des congrès de Montréal.

Customer service skills are a must, and knowledge of the types of products we carry (like Pokémon, Fire Emblem, or Tabletop Gaming/Dice) is a plus!

We are looking to have people Friday-Sunday, but we may be able to use some additional help on Thursday during setup.

Pays $18-20/hr dependent on experience level. Must be fluent in either English or French, with a decent understanding of both.
