Place-Crete Systems would like to welcome our newest member to the team, Al Mueller. Al is assuming the role of Project Manager for our Waterproofing & Membrane Division.

Al has spent a great deal of his career in the world of concrete restoration, waterproofing and membrane applications. As a senior estimator, Al has a wealth of experience in numerous methods, procedures and products that can be utilized in today’s construction practices.

Place-Crete Systems would like to welcome our newest member to the team, Jessica Fermanuik. Jessica is assuming the role of Project Manager – Gypcrete Division.

Her previous background is in residential & multifamily construction and as a senior estimator has provided her with the essential experience & background required in managing the division.

In her spare time, she loves hunting for antiques and bluegrass country music. You will find her often with her fiancée and their daughters hopping around the city to garage sales or enjoying relaxing on the deck with a good BBQ.

Despite facing supply shortages, Maxxon Corporation, one of our biggest suppliers, is taking proactive steps to address the issue. Through a strategic collaboration with Empire Mining Co., they are expanding production of Gyp-Crete® Gypsum Floor Underlayment, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality materials to meet the increasing demands of customers. As a Maxxon approved installer, Place-Crete couldn't be more thrilled to see the shortage come to an end.
