New mask I painted for myself, Jim Rutherford’s mask. I painted in an over animated style with stitches, cracks and puck marks! A mask on a mask style….which I love! The original artist who created this piece is the legendary This design that Greg created, was the beginning of custom artwork on masks. I painted this tribute piece for myself, to honour and remember the shoulders of giants, us goalie mask painters are standing on.
