Position we are hiring for: Manager - Estimating

Job Responsibilities
• LMA
• Execute Estimating Program
• Ensure Compliance with Tender Requirements
• Complete and Manage Mechanical and Pipeline Tenders
• Manage Client Relations in Tender Process
• Detailed budgets, schedules, risk registry, ex*****on plans, certifications
• Prepare and Analyze Tenders for Services/Materials
• Integrate addendums into Tenders
• Manage Tender Hand Off process on Award to Operations
• Maintain Accurate Tender Supporting Documentation
• Assist Operations in Preparation of Post Award Docs
• Audit and Trend project performance
• Continuous improvement program

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks
• Pipeline and Mechanical construction experience
• Scheduling and Planning
