s to use in curries. This perfect blend of approximately 22 different spices is my late mom, Queenie’s recipe. I have used this blend for over 50 years and have passed it down to my family and friends. It is very versatile and easy to use. It replaces over 20 spice jars in your cupboard. All you need is this one jar that can be used for almost every dish. Whenever I blend these spices, I feel my mom's energy in my hands. Soon I will be passing this recipe on to my own children so that they can continue to use and share it. The garamasala is also my late mom's blend and is used in addition with the curry powder to enhance some dishes for a different flavour. The authentic chai recipe has been my creation and is a family favourite for years. All spices are freshly ground and blended.
