NewGen Cleaning Services is looking for dependable and hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in the Nanaimo and Cowichan Valley areas of British Columbia.

📍 Locations:
• Nanaimo, BC
• Cowichan Valley, BC

💼 Position: Cleaning Technician

This is a full-time position working primarily after office hours, cleaning and maintaining a major educational institution to the highest standards.

💲 Compensation:
✅ $17.50 per hour
✅ Full-time employment
✅ Opportunities for advancement
✅ Training and support provided

Responsibilities:
• General cleaning and sanitizing
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning washrooms and common areas
• Garbage and recycling removal
• Following site-specific cleaning procedures
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns

Qualifications:
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Attention to detail
✔ Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
✔ Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
