We’ve approved a few more vendors YycFanFair today! If you haven’t gotten an email from us yet either way, you’re still in the running. We’re going to do one more wave of approvals in early June and then we should be full so make sure to get your applications in before the end of May. If you were at expo, we have 10x10 booths so you can potentially take your setup from there and plunk it down with us in August!

Quick update! We've approved another couple of artists and waitlisted a few more. With that we've turned off artist registration on the website (button is gone from the artist section).

Still interested in showing your art wares to YYC Fan Fair goers? We still have another round of vendor slot approvals coming so get your vendor application in!

And remember - applications only go through our website. Anyone else on facebook or other social media selling spots at our show are dirty dirty liars.

Mark your calendars! Although August 2026 feels far off, the excitement starts now. We're thrilled to announce that the Vendor and Artist Application process for YYC Fan Fair is officially OPEN!

Hold The Date! YYCFanFair comes to you next on August 22nd, 2026.

We expect to open the applications some time in late October. Approvals won't be until the spring. Please note that an application is not guaranteed participation in the show. We curate the show and work to find the best mix of vendors and artists.

Changes for vendors and artists will be posted in the FAQ on the website before we open applications.
