Lana works with clients of all ages, supporting them in improving their relationships, developing effective strategies for conflict and building a sense of confidence and self-worth. She utilizes evidence-based interventions and assessments that are tailored to each individual client and couple to best support them. Lana works with individuals experiencing but not limited to: Relationship concerns (couples, parent child conflict), depression, anxiety, trauma, self-actualization, grief and loss. Lana specializes in working with the Perinatal community (From pregnancy to the 1 st year post-partum), children & youth as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and challenges with self-esteem. Examples of therapies/interventions used: The Gottman Method for couples; Narrative therapy including 'telling your story’ and externalization; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including exploring cognitive distortions, mindfulness activities and journaling/thought records.
