The students have spoken, and once again, our Foster Creek team delivered!

Congratulations to the team being named a Fan Favourite at the Lakeland Regional Career Expo for the second year in a row! From hands-on demos to real conversations about all the career paths available in our industry, the team brought energy and authenticity that really connected.

Since 2007, we’ve supported Careers Next Gen, connecting students, including Indigenous youth and women, to access paid internships and apprenticeships across the energy industry to build tomorrow’s workforce. Moments like this are what it’s all about.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making the experience memorable and inspiring for local youth.

During National Volunteer Week, we’re recognizing volunteers like Koroush Sheikhi from our Lima Refinery in Ohio.

In 2025, Koroush dedicated 80+ hours to organizations including the Eagle Scouts, local schools, the local fire hall and the Sunshine Foundation, which supports people living with developmental disabilities. His commitment extends into everyday acts of generosity, like helping his elderly neighbor with yard work.

Thank you, Koroush, for inspiring others through your compassion, leadership and community spirit.

This National Volunteer Week, we’re celebrating the incredible impact of our volunteers, starting with Amy Nerbas from our Lloydminster operations.

Amy played a vital role in coordinating the Thorpe Recovery Centre’s Run Club in Lloydminster, a program that supported more than 350 clients on their recovery journey. The Run Club is designed to be accessible to everyone, helping participants build confidence and work toward a final 5km run.

Thank you, Amy, for championing well-being and community connection through your volunteer leadership.
