The Be Creative Hunt has been an evolution. Starting as EMDR Creativity Walks after the pandemic, then renamed Create From Safety Hunts as I reconnected with my own sense of safety and creative freedom, and now a pure joy of existence as Be Creative Hunts — like last night’s little adventure. Because I am a hunter, for ever and always (animals excluded thus far), and if I’m going to BE anything with my time/energy, you can be 100% sure it’s creative. When there is only this moment, why be anything other than true? “Because every breath is a life lived in and of itself.”

A Be Creative Hunt is playing with presence, attention, and energy. When you breathe into your Home Creative Frequency, the hunt for creative thrills/pauses is a scavenger hunt with a list emerging in realtime through your engagement with reality. No pressure, no perfection, just a dance with existence as it arrives. Anytime, anywhere, from a long picture-filled hike in nature to quick sketches waiting for an oil change. The grocery store becomes a play space! Hunter-gatherer takes on fresh new meaning. Let’s get back to our creative roots!

The Cymbria Store is an energy exchange. When we can all be our own point of sale, this is my most authentic offering: creativity, the way I’m called to serve my tribe.
