Since emigrating to Calgary from the Manchester UK in 2001, Gary and Simone Hodgkinson have missed traditional Fish & Chips (and mushy peas). The longing for good ole fashioned Fish & Chips has led them to take a leap of faith and move into the restaurant business. But the Fish & Chip business is not completely new to them, as Gary’s Parents, Grandparents and Great Grandparents all owned
