I will be running classes Via ZOOM during the COVID-19 isolation period. Please take a look at my Website www.kinectpilates.com for up to date information on classes, the Meeting ID and Password to sign in. As of now, I will be running the following classes:
Monday 4:30 Barre class
Thursday 4:30 Mat class
If there is a time not listed that works better for you, let me know and I will try to accommodate it.
We have done a few classes already. Zoom is a very user friendly format. Feel free to contact me if you would like to join in a class, or have a suggestion for another time.
