We occasionally receive inquiries about snow removal in our communities, and how to report pathways that aren't being cleared/slip & fall hazards.

⚠️ All pathway snow removal is managed by the City of Calgary.

The City is responsible for high foot traffic pathways that do not border a residential property. Snow removal on a sidewalk immediately adjacent to residential property is the homeowners responsibility.

Please report all snow removal concerns to the City of Calgary by calling 3-1-1 or by visiting the online 3-1-1 portal: https://calgary-cwiprod.motorolasolutions.com/

The Douglasdale Maintenance Association (DMA) is responsible for maintenance and community upkeep in the community of Douglasdale. Residents of Douglasdale are encouraged to attend the AGM to learn about the DMA and its involvement in the community.

The DMA is not responsible for community maintenance and upkeep in Douglas Glen or Quarry Park
