Join me for one last HIGH before the summer break Tomorrow 9:30am at Westside Rec. No worries it’s just a little break until the fall schedule resumes September 7th.

SERIOUSLY THO…well the only other thing I regret is not certifying to teach .fitness sooner but let’s take baby steps. The longer you put off trying HIGH the longer it’ll take you to get realize you’ve been missing out on the most fun party with most fun music and the most fun people. I’m trying to save you from that heartache so just come try it out! You have any questions about it, let me know!
