Christy Benoit Demuth works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them unlock their full potential and build purpose-driven businesses. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she has founded, built, and led several successful ventures—including an innovative engineering firm that delivered industry-changing products across North America.

As a Business Ex*****on Specialist with Results, Christy supports senior leaders and teams through coaching, training, and advisory work focused on strategy ex*****on, culture transformation, productivity, and leadership development. She’s known for asking thoughtful questions, encouraging accountability, and creating space for the conversations that help teams move forward.

Outside of work, Christy spends her time with her husband and five kids, at the yoga studio or hockey rink, or tackling weeds in the garden.
