Finally, after a long time of Pawsing, Paws4Bliss is back with offering in-person workshops, meditations and sessions. The last few years have been very challenging and stressful for many of us. Our beloved animal companions are also experiencing this as they are very sensitive. Paws4Bliss offers solutions for people and animals alike to increase health, reduce and prevent stress and offers beautiful practices to deepen the understanding and bond between human and animal. I am still not social media savvy and am working to get an expert on board so I can properly offer you videos, articles and much more through social media as well. Pawsitive Post - Newsletter June/July 2022 Paws4Bliss It has been quite a while since I sent out a newsletter. Paws4Bliss was literally Pawsing as I was navigating through these strange, challenging, and interesting times.  Nature is so inspiring in showing life lessons just by being itself. And dogs as well, as they (like us) are part of nature too...

I had this idea years ago: to meditate together with our beloved animal companions, all over the globe, at the same time.

This not only to support the wellbeing for human- and all beings, but also to reach a tipping point in the shift in consciousness on the planet. The idea came to call it: "From Critical Mess to Critical Mass".

Now, years later, I am in a position where I have the technology and 'know-how' (sort of, lol) to support this vision. You are all invited to join me for the first "Paws4Bliss Online Global Peace Meditation" on Friday March 19th. The meditation practice we will do is a gently guided Mindfulness Meditation.

Even if you do not have any animal companions in your house, you are still welcome to join. 🙏🐾

I have really missed taking care of the animal companions that I have had the pleasure to take care of the past years. I am looking forward to serving you in the next year.

PS This is Ginger, one of the cats I had the joy of looking after for a few years now. This picture was taken last year; he managed to climb in and out of the tree without knocking off a single ornament! Amaaaaaazing! I think he is ready to apply for Cirque Du Soleil! 😀 Allegriaaaaaaaa
