There was a season where I thought being reachable 24/7 meant I was being a “good” entrepreneur. It didn’t make me better, it just made me tired.

Now I treat my energy like a resource. I have a cut-off time and micro-breaks. I don’t reply to messages late at night. I make space to come back to myself, because that’s what keeps me steady for the work, and for the people I love.
