Before joining the team, Lisa spent years in drafting, but it wasn’t until she got the chance to work on-site that everything clicked. Now 3 years into her time at RMC, Lisa’s embraced the fast-paced, hands-on nature of construction and the collaboration that comes with it.

Truthfully, every team is better with a Lisa on it.

Last week, two of our RMC team members had the opportunity to tour the BLUprint program at the TELUS Spark Science Centre. From a VR welder to a Vortex Simulator, this incredible initiative gives kids the chance to explore the world of skilled trades through fun, hands-on, interactive learning.

Programs like this are helping inspire the next generation of builders, makers, and innovators, and we’re proud to see opportunities like this in our community.
