Nice Cream is currently the only ice cream store in Calgary to make ice cream through liquid nitrogen freezing processes. The liquid nitrogen freezing process allows rapid freezing, which results in the formation of very small ice crystals, which gives a smoother texture than other conventional types of ice cream.
