Today's the 22nd, Call a Veteran.

What a great ride today! Great weather and quiet roads was the recipe for a smokin’ ride! We even ran into a substantial herd of mountain sheep - twice!

Managed to squeeze a beer in at the Twin Cities Hotel…

I did manage to sneak out for a rip around Calgary - Stoney to Hwy 1 to Bragg Creek to Hwy 22X then back to Stoney. Chatted with a nice gentleman out tuning his 69 Lotus - beautiful car.

WTF! The gods of weather are really being miserable this spring however...

Monday and Tuesday look to be smoking days (18 and 21 respectfully) so I will watch and if things still look good on Saturday I will post a couple of rides.

It was a nIce first ride yesterday! The sun was shining and the roads were empty - it was warm but not overly so. Here’s to the start of the 2026 season…

Howdy All and happy New Year!

So just been plotting out some of my overnight trips. I had figured going to the US for at least one however the way the world is going I'm going to settle on tripping around Western Canada.

Nothing firmed up yet however the three trips I am looking at include:

1. Kaslo Kurves
2. Dawson City (last season it was Dawson Creek)
3. Western Canada scoot

More details will be coming in the next couple of months so stay tuned.
