JINGerbread Elixir
•1 tsp New Earth Organics He Shou Wu
•1/2 tsp New Earth Organics Elk Antler Powder
•1 tsp New Earth Organics / Vital Essence Reishi Powder Spores
•1/2 tsp New Earth Organics Scarlet Cordyceps powder
•1-2 TBSP New Earth Organics Goat Whey (optional)
•1 tsp New Earth Organics Ginger Powder
•New Earth Organics Crystal Sea Salt – generous pinch
•3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (combo of Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice, Clove)
•4 TBSP Raw Cashew nuts (44g)
•Blackstrap Molasses 44g (Approx 1.5-2tbsp)
•500ml Chaga Tea (2 cups)
Mix all ingredients in Blender and serve! Makes 1-2 servings
