Moving day for a new tenant. Our latest property was completely renovated in one month, and now somebody gets to call it home. It always feels great to provide a nicely finished, safe, clean residence for our tenants.

Finish Line And Beyond will be at a networking function tonight, with fellow investors, and Rich Dad students. :)
