This 5,244 sq ft custom home is about to start construction in one of our favourite Calgary neighborhoods... Upper Mount Royal.
This home was designed to fully maximize the expansive 13,200 sq ft corner site. We re-addressed the property to the side yard to take advantage of the beautiful tree-lined street and give the home much stronger street presence.
