This is one of the projects we have been working hard on to finish up before Christmas. When we started the project we quickly realized that the bathroom exhaust fan hadn’t been working in years, and mold had been growing on the walls. To be thorough and safe, we pulled all of the drywall out and started fresh from the studs.

It is important that bathrooms have a working fan to pull out the moisture and prevent mold from growing.

Before snow hit we were able to complete this composite deck in Oakridge. The squared sides allow for a larger, more useable space for entertaining.

Progress update on our project, the plywood is up! Let’s talk about why we choose to use Plywood & not OSB (Oriented Strand Board) for exterior projects. While working on a 4 year multi-unit restoration project where an OSB product had been used, we found that there was a significant amount of decay & mold. This is because OSB retains water longer than Plywood does, which is why permanent water damage & decay is more likely to occur when OSB is used. We strive to provide our customers with quality craftsmanship & utilize products that are built to last.
