Village Square Arena

This week, City Council formally approved Hockey Calgary‘s request for honourary naming at two City-operated arenas to recognize the contributions of Perry Cavanagh and Wally Kozak. In their own way, Mr. Cavanagh and Mr. Kozak contributed to the growth of the game, helped promote fairness and equity, and advanced the participation of females in the sport.

All Sport One Day is an annual FREE day of sport discovery in June for children 6 to 12 years of age. Our annual FREE day of sport discovery offers thousands of children the joy of discovering a new sport. It provides children the opportunity to try new and or different sports that they would otherwise not have the opportunity to try, for FREE!

You don't have to miss your ice sports this summer. Skating and hockey programs are available all summer long. Registration is under way.
