What you’ll do
• Respond to inbound inquiries and thoughtfully reach out to new contacts
• Learn client goals, timelines, and priorities through short discovery conversations
• Schedule meetings and keep details organized in our CRM
• Support a smooth, respectful experience from first touch to first call

What we’re looking for
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Friendly, confident phone and email presence
• Coachable, organized, and comfortable with systems
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
