David McAmmond, a yoga teacher in Calgary, saw the need for a more ready supply of yoga props and supplies for local studios and teachers. He was right and ran a very successful business. Eventually however, he decided to return his focus to his first love – his own teaching and workshops. Love and care has been part of the business of Body Mind Workouts throughout its history.
