What an incredible Wednesday night at Outwest Basketball! 🏀

A huge thank you to Sidney Dobner and TJ for joining our group practice and sharing their knowledge, energy, and passion for the game with our athletes. The experience made a lasting impact on everyone in the gym!

Sidney currently serves as an Assistant Coach with the Calgary Surge and brings experience from the NBA, WNBA, G League, and CEBL — including championship seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks and Stockton Kings. She also made history as the Bucks’ first female assistant coach and most recently served as Head Video Coordinator for the inaugural season of the Golden State Valkyries.

We were incredibly fortunate to welcome Coach Robyn Fleckenstein from MRU to our Wednesday night practice! 🏀
Coach Robyn brought amazing energy, high-level teaching, and a true passion for developing athletes both on and off the court.

Our players were fully engaged, challenged, and inspired throughout the session — and they absolutely loved every minute of it.

Experiences like this are what Outwest Basketball is all about: creating opportunities for athletes to learn from outstanding coaches and continue growing their confidence, skills, and love for the game.

Shoutout to our U11 Orange Team hustlers — Leni, Maria & Ayvah — for bringing nonstop energy, determination, and heart to the court at the CMBA Spring League 1st Tournament! 💙🧡

This group competed hard all weekend, finishing the tournament with 1 win and 2 tough battles. Every game was a chance to learn, grow, and show what OutWest Basketball is all about — teamwork, resilience, and hustle! 💪🏀

Leni, Maria & Ayvah stood out with their effort, positive attitudes, defensive intensity, and never-give-up mentality. Whether diving for loose balls, cheering on teammates, or pushing through every play, they represented OutWest with pride! 🌟

We’re proud of this U11 Orange squad for continuing to improve, support each other, and compete with confidence every time they step on the floor. The future is bright! 🙌🔥
