Online Client Transformation 🔥
These pictures are 11 months apart for my 52-year-old client, Sriyan. A soft 192 lb to a lean and mean 195 lbs.
His goal was to look his best for his family vacation. We dialled in the nutrition, eliminating late-night snacking and prioritizing lean protein and vegetables over typical late snacks like nuts, popcorn and other treats. This man has always been consistent with his training, but to reach the leanness in this photo, we had to make some significant nutritional changes. It was not easy, but this man never complained once and put in the work every day, leading to the results you see above.
Changes to nutrition can be challenging because there are usually psychological and emotional ties associated with food for many people. This is where making small, incremental changes over time is essential, rather than drastically changing everything all at once.
Are you wanting to get results like Sriyan but aren’t exactly sure how? Feel free to DM me; I’d be happy to help.
